The lodge welcomes you with a variety of thoughtfully appointed accommodations, including double, queen, twin share, and single rooms, each offering access to inviting shared spaces throughout the property. Gather in the fully equipped communal kitchen to prepare meals together, refresh in the shower and toilet facilities, or unwind in the expansive oceanfront lounge where panoramic sea views complement the warmth of a crackling wood-burning fireplace and thoughtfully arranged seating areas.
Fresh bed linen awaits your arrival, with a modest per-person linen fee for stays of two nights or less.
We've created a peaceful sanctuary for all our guests by maintaining a smoke-free environment throughout the lodge, including our rooms and buildings. Enjoy your favourite beverages in the privacy of your room, while our shared spaces remain alcohol-free to maintain a welcoming atmosphere for everyone (full guidelines are available in our Site Rules).

Awesome weekend escape
“Last minute decision to head over from Auckland for a weekend of fishing and diving. Jo was great at communicating with us as we needed to moor up our boat and were checking in after hours. She was very accommodating with our request to tie up to the jetty for the night. We stayed in the lodge, rooms were very clean along with linen and towels. Bathrooms and kitchen facilities were also spotless. Will be returning for sure”

“Location is amazing right on a beautiful bay. We even swam with dolphins straight off the wharf!! Fishing & Snorkling straight from the bay was easy. We brought our own car over so was easy to get out and about and see the island. The surf is epic and only 15mins away. Couldn't rave more about the location. Friendly staff and small community feel. Best place for a summer get away, off the grid and reset for the next year.”
